This Liquid Refill is the exact solution that the Sandman uses when he initially created your sand picture. The liquid refill should improve the overall performance.
This liquid refill is in a sealed 30 ml bottle and comes with either a standard injector or a large injector to insert the fluid into your sand picture. This is typically more than you would need as a refill. The leftover fluid can be kept for 3 months after use in a refrigerator. If the liquid appears milky or discolored please discard.
When ordering, please select the proper injector size for your sand art.
Sizes:How to use: Insert the nose of your injector into the refill liquid (do not attach the needle yet) and pull up the plunger to draw the refill liquid into the injector. Attach the needle now and remove the cap. Insert it into the air hole. Add in small quantities (2ml-3ml at a time). When refilling you want your sand to water ratio to be about 50:50. Keep a close eye on the sand level when injecting your refill liquid. If you have a lot of air present in your sand picture, you must withdraw air after you have add the Liquid Refill (** Caution: If you only add water and do not remove any air, it is possible for the glass to crack **). After adding the Refill Liquid, if you see any stuck sand particles, tap the frame to encourage the sand to move. Initially, it might be best to remove most of the air to get the sand to fall without resistance. Turn it over multiple times to see the sand fall freely. Once you see improvement in your sand picture, use your air scale, and add the proper amount of air.
Please note: Injecting too much liquid refill can cause the glass to break (pressure outward). Removing too much air when a sand picture is low on the liquid can also result in glass breakage (pressure inward). We move quickly around here. Our motto is "If we don't ship tomorrow, we ship today.". Often times orders are shipped within hours of placing the order.
For US orders, our preferred carrier is UPS. This does not mean that your order is guaranteed to ship out via UPS. Depending on your proximity to our location (Englewood, Colorado) the trip is any where from 2-5 days. Please monitor your tracking number so that you are aware of where your package is at. If your package is shipped via UPS, we add your email into the label so that you are notified of delivery updates.

All International orders ship via the United States Postal Service. The international shipping chain has been disrupted from COVID and its world wide effects. The shipping situation changes and updates daily . Please view link below, which will dictate where we can send packages. If you have concerns or questions if your country is able to accept international packages, please refer to the link below. The time varies for delivery and can be anywhere from 12-60* days. This is out of our control and we are at the mercy of the local customs department and postal services.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on all sand pictures within 30 days of purchase. We want every customer to get a sand picture that calls to them. Customer pays for return shipping. Must arrive in new, sell-able condition.
