Do you have sands that are sticking together? Are the bubbles moving sluggishly? Have you owned your Moving Sand Art for a while, and it needs some extra life because it isn’t performing like it used to? Do you have sands that are stuck at the top with no air holding them up? You might benefit from our soap boost! The soap boost will invigorate your sand picture and should improve the performance.
Klaus Bosch (aka Sandman) has been making his KB Collection Sand Art in Lustenau, Austria since 1988. Sandman's sand art has been in the display windows (worldwide) of Louis Vuitton and Nordstroms. We have been commissioned to make special gifts for Kings, Sultans, and famous dignitaries. Our art can be found in hotels, spas and businesses around the globe. From Sandman: "My sand art is spiritual, it contains a lot of questions and indicates answers at the same time. It involves the beauty of what art once was while trying to give answers to our spirit and our inner calm."
Pitkin Stearns (www.MovingSandArt.com) is the agent / distributor for the Sandman for the United States and Canada. We were introduced to Sandman in the winter of 2006 by a mutual friend from Japan. I watched videos and spent a lot of time on the website and couldn’t see how much of the soap to use for my model which is not one of the larger ones. I used about half and I think it helped but I am left with these threads of sand which I think must be from sand clumping along the bottom under the weight of the other sand and sitting too long. I couldn’t break it up even using air bubbles. The thread would be wrapped around an air bubble rising and still not break.
I had a Sand picture that I purchased back in the late 80's or early 90's that had been sitting in a box for many years. When I pulled it out of the box a month ago, it was totally dried up. I purchased the Soap Boost and added the spring water and it has come back to life. I am so excited!!!! I have a wall-mounted unit and now I can enjoy the ever-changing scenes as I rotate the picture. THANK YOU so much for making this available. I am ecstatic!!!!!
I love my sand art, best Christmas present ever. It arrived in 2017, and a year later I learned it requires occasional maintenance when it began acting up. This is the second maintenance booster I have purchased. My only complaint is the need for a yearly $12 maintenance is expensive. Please either share the type of soap you use, or stop taking additional profit by reducing the cost in some fashion. I have the small outer space movie version. Again, amazing gift that gives something new every day.
The kit was expensive and there wasn’t enough to do the job. I added dish soap to get the art to operate properly.
